The Fish
We are committed to using the highest quality ingredients and preparing each fish with care and attention to detail.
We use special refrigerators "The dry ager" with strictly controlled temperature and humidity to age our fish. This not only makes the fish last longer, but also softens its texture, concentrates its flavor, and deepens its taste. We have also been selected as ambassadors for Ora King Salmon, a well-known sustainable fish.
The Rice
The most important thing for sushi is the vinegared rice.
We use our own premium blend rice suitable to any nigiri and rolls.
Only experienced chefs wholeheartedly prepare fresh every day.
